Henry Austin, born in England died abt Aug 1745 in Calvert County, MD. He married first Elizabeth Hilleary abt. 1708. She lived her entire life in Calvert Co. They had 3 children, Samuel, Henry Jr., and Eleanor. Samuel married Elizabeth Marshall 19 Feb 1731 and fathered 11 children. His family stayed in Calvert Co., MD. Henry Jr. married Priscilla Pierce 7 Oct 1736 and had 2 children. Henry Jr. died in Anne Arundel Co., MD. Eleanor apparently died unmarried. Henry Sr. married second, Jane (surname unknown) before 1745.

Henry's (Sr.) will (dated 18 Jan 1743) was proven 31 Aug 1745 in Calvert Co., MD. His will stipulated that his son Samuel was to receive half of his estate, with the balance to be split equally between his minor children Henry Jr., and Eleanor. Samuel and his wife Jane were to act as executors.
